The principal, Rod Halliday has over 30 year's experience as a turnaround manager and a track record in turning loss making organisations into profitable ones. He has extensive experience in high level management, and is a results-driven executive with the commercial drive and presence required to aid organisations in achieving a sustainable business future based on profitability and efficiency.
Rod has filled the senior positions of Chief Executive Officer and General Manager in a number of large companies in the mining, manufacturing and agricultural sectors. He benefits from working within the domestic and international markets covering Australia, Asia Pacific, United States and European markets. Rod has negotiating experience at the highest level of Government in European countries. He also has many years of experience owning and operating medium size Australian businesses in the manufacturing, building and services sectors.
Rod is a Fellow of both the Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Institute of Management.
